Job Description

This position helps prepare the way for the work of salvation and exaltation by fostering an environment of reverence and respect and helps customers to make informed product decisions. This position is a Lead level clerk that works under minimal supervision in a store with a small team. Has people management and responsibilities as assigned by local or area leadership. This job may include a variety of additional MMD Support Services duties of equal or lesser complexity.

  • Directs all store operations for a small store or supports a supervisor 2 where applicable.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, managing back-office work, and ensuring proficient use of store management systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Acts in a leadership capacity, assigning and directing the work of other staff members, and provides training and development for the store’s staff.
