Store Development & Construction Country Manager

The Store Development & Construction Country Manager is the single point of accountability for the end to end delivery of all store openings in the country. The role owns the full store rollout pipeline and ensures each store is delivered on time, within budget, and at required design and construction quality .

This is an execution leadership role with full ownership of outcomes . The position has authority to make site level decisions, escalate risks, and enforce standards, while operating within defined approval structures with the Country Manager and Finance. The role works directly with senior stakeholders including the President, Country Manager, Finance Manager, and Principal Architects to ensure alignment and precise execution of design intent.
