What you'll be doing
Our Store Director takes the lead in creating an exceptional luxury customer experience, delivering commercial growth, and cultivating a high‑performing, customer‑focused retail environment. This role ensures the seamless execution of the Tryano vision across stores and services, strengthens the brand’s market presence, nurtures VIP relationships, and develops top talent, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to align products, in‑store activations, experiences, and overall commercial strategy.
