Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and access.
- Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain stock levels and initiate reorder requests to avoid shortages or delays in project execution.
- Update inventory records in the system and generate daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports.
- Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the store and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams for material requirements and delivery timelines.
