To manage the overall financial function of a store.
Key Performance Indicators
Control, manage and evaluate the full finance support function, including policies and procedures, for the store
- Understand all systems that relate and affect the stores, identifying potential opportunities to enhance current systems and procedures and raising these with the Regional Finance Manager (Operations)
- Drive the change management and education of finance policies, procedures, processes, and templates
- Ensure controls are adequate and suggest additional controls where necessary, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards, and the effective implementation and understanding of key controls of a process throughout the store
