Job OverviewOld Khaki is looking for an experienced Store Leader to manage its Rustenburg store in the North West province. This is a permanent, full‑time role reporting to the Stores North division of Cape Union Mart International.
Key Responsibilities Achieve the annual sales budget and exceed daily/monthly targets. Manage store finances to ensure profitability. Maintain merchandising standards and a balanced product mix. Control stock, minimise loss and ensure product availability. Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers. Recruit, plan and administer payroll for store staff.
