Store & Local Purchase Executive

ATIXperts is hiring a Store & Local Purchase Executive to manage inventory and handle local procurement for project needs. The role requires strong coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain / Business Administration or Diploma in relevant field

Experience

3–5 years in storekeeping & procurement (industrial projects preferred)

Nationality

Any (UAE-based or willing to relocate)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and material issuance for ongoing projects
• Handle local procurement of mechanical, electrical, and consumable items
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries
• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, LPOs, stock registers, invoices)
