Join TFG (The Foschini Group) as Store Manager for the Sneaker Factory location in Kunjani Mall.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).
- Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.
- Ensure turnover targets are met and exceeded.
- Execute operational excellence with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Generate high motivation and commitment across the store team.
