Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and service providers.
- Monitor utility usage, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between the mall management and tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and ensure lease compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize mall events and promotional activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through cleanliness, signage, ambiance, and customer assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years' experience in mall operations.
