Job Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent overall in‑store customer experience
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable apparel and alternatives
- Drive sales through strong customer service and engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and global brand standards
- Manage daily store operations and store meetings
- Support the Store Manager in preparing operational reports
- Lead the team in achieving sales targets
- Handle inventory monitoring and control
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 6 months – 1 year experience as Store Manager / Supervisor in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Sales‑driven and team‑oriented
