Location: Delray Beach, FL
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000
Position Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of a high-volume Mint Cannabis retail dispensary. This role oversees all store functions, including team leadership, sales performance, compliance, inventory control, and customer experience. The Store Manager will build and mentor a strong team while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and customer-focused experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with proven experience in retail management and a passion for operational excellence in the cannabis industry.
