Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values. In particular, the main responsibilities are:
- Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the CA team to providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust....
