For our store in Zurich, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/x).
Responsibilities
- Managing the overall store operations and performance
- Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
- Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards
- Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Managing stock levels
Qualifications
- Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
