We are looking for an experienced and incredibly successful Store Manager for this established Nowra large format retailer. In this role you will oversee your department heads to ensure the business is well merchandised and filled to the brim, your team is successful and store targets and goals are reached and exceeded. The ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, self-motivated and have a strong leadership ability. You will be held accountable for every aspect of the business including driving sales and profit, overseeing training and service standards, as well as managing the stores operational and stock requirements through delegation and follow up.
