The Role
Store Manager at Bayshore Shopping Centre location. Responsible for leading the store in all aspects: driving sales, maintaining visual standards, building and coaching a team to provide best in class customer service.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets weekly/monthly.
- Consistently look for ways to improve in‑store strategies while maintaining company standards.
- Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional customer service.
- Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks daily.
