The Store Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. He/she orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards and deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Creates a high-performance culture in his/her store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
