What the role will entail
- Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
- Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
- Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
- Mentor and coach the branch sales team
