Job Description
What You’ll Be Responsible For (End-to-End Ownership):
- Running daily operations of the print production house
- Managing machines: UV, DTF, Laser cutting, CNC, large-format printers (3m / 5m banners)
- Planning and controlling the production pipeline (job orders → scheduling → delivery)
- Handling clients directly (quotations, follow-ups, problem-solving)
- Supervising and managing operators, helpers, and designers
- Ensuring quality control, deadlines, and zero production errors
- Monitoring materials, wastage, and machine efficiency
- Troubleshooting basic machine and production issues
- Reporting performance and improving operations continuously
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in printing / signage / advertising production (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with UV, DTF, Laser, CNC, and large-format printing machines
