We're looking for a dynamic, people-oriented Store Manager to head our new wellness-lifestyle concept store where retail meets live commerce. At Shop Kang , we believe wellness belongs in every home. You'll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, and host occasional live sessions showcasing our curated products.
Key Responsibilities Store Leadership & Operations - Lead, coach, and motivate retail team to achieve store sales & KPI targets. - Ensure daily operations run smoothly - opening, closing, cash handling, rostering, inventory. - Uphold store visual standards, aroma, cleanliness, and merchandising displays - Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
