Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee daily receiving, issuing, transfer, and return of stock/items Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement/vendors Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Store Operations
Ensure proper organisation, labelling, storage, and housekeeping of the store/warehouse Maintain proper handling and storage procedures for equipment, materials, and tools Ensure timely issuance and preparation of items for projects, deliveries, and operations Monitor and improve store operational efficiency and workflow Team Supervision
