Position Title: Store Manager Trainee
Reports to: Zone Manager and Zone Trainer
Schedule: Full Time (minimum 45 hours per week); minimum 5 shifts/week; must schedule one 2nd or 3rd shift per week; must work at least 2 weekends/month

Position Description: The Store Manager at United Dairy Farmers is a Guest Services specialist. The primary responsibility of a Store Manager is to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience (Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled), either personally or through other associates.
