Job Description
Responsibilities
- Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Risk control and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard.
- People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
- Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- 2 years fashion retail management experience.
- Track record of good stock take results.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Results driven.
- Great customer care experience.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency.
