Compensation
- Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
- Bonus Potential: Up to £1,000+ per month
- On Target Earnings: £42,000 – £47,000+ per annum
Shift & Schedule
- Trading hours: 9:30 am – 6 pm Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm Sunday (5 days out of 7)
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, profitability and KPI delivery
- Lead, coach and develop the team to consistently exceed targets
- Create a high-performance culture with accountability and motivation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities and implement action plans
