- To receive requisition orders from the various department heads, prepare them for issuing and issue them to the respective departments.
- To keep a tight control on stock movements and ensure all items are inventoried and issued correctly at all times.
- Able to direct and store all goods during loading to the right store room.
- Makes internal hotel deliveries of requested surplus office furniture and merchandise; maintains records of all deliveries.
- Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Responsible for acceptance and rough checks on all items entering the hotel by volume and quality.
