We are currently working with a renowned luxury jewellery brand to appoint a Store Supervisor who will be responsible to lead, and coach their retail team toward achieving sales targets and premium service standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the retail team daily to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Execute floor-level promotional activities and visual merchandising to boost branch performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager.
