Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily store/warehouse operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate receiving, checking, and storing of incoming goods.
- Oversee stock issuance and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store area.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Production departments on material requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and inventory control policies.
- Prepare inventory and store operation reports for management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
