Position Overview
Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining the orderliness, accuracy, and proper control of stocks within the assigned warehouse or storage area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure that all raw materials and/or finished goods are properly stored in their assigned bin locations.
- Record and maintain accurate pallet locations in the Receiving Tally Sheet (RTS) and bin tags.
- Execute stock withdrawal for dispatch following FIFO/FEFO inventory control principles.
- Ensure proper segregation and isolation of on-hold, damaged, or defective stocks.
- Maintain orderly, accessible, and safe storage of all pallets in the warehouse.
- Follow and implement proper handling procedures in accordance with GMP/GWP standards during receiving and storage.
