SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The store clerk shall be responsible for the security and the day-to-day storekeeping operations of the purchasing store of KPJ Ampang Puteri, which include receipt and supply of item purchase.
Responsibilities
- Receive all purchased goods.
- Store all goods purchased.
- File store documents in a systematic manner.
- Perform stock taking as required.
- Issue and supply the goods purchased.
- Take care of the security in all stocks kept in the store.
- Cooperate with employer or other persons in the discharge of duties.
- Take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons.
- Wear or use protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer.
- Comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.
- Actively participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g., JCI, MSQH, 5S – where applicable).
