Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials. Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages. Store items properly according to safety and storage procedures. Issue materials, tools, or products according to requests and records. Monitor stock levels and prepare and place stock orders when inventory is low
. Liaise with suppliers or purchasing department for stock replenishment. Follow up on ordered items to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based). Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock audits. Ensure the store/warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe Label, tag, and arrange stock for easy identification and access. Carried out ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
