Job Summary
To support the onsite Facilities and site operations teams by ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of all goods, mail, and deliveries across the site. The role is responsible for warehouse control, receipt and secure storage of goods, communication with end users, and the safe operation of forklift trucks and site goods barriers in accordance with Facilities Management policies.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Goods, Deliveries and Mail Handling
Collect all mail, parcels, and deliveries from Reception in line with site procedures.
Receive, check, and log all incoming goods in accordance with FM and site security controls.
Store goods securely within designated warehouse or holding areas.
Notify end users when goods are available and manage controlled release for collection.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods and returns as required.
