Develop Sales Strategies & Directions
- Together with the Senior Group Account Manager, they will study the customer and formulate the sales strategies and directions for key accounts
- Study competitor's product offering and strategies. As we need to position our proposal carefully, so understanding what is customer’s needs, work process and print environment is very important.
Key Activities
- Liaise with key divisions to formulate a valued proposition to win RFPs.
- Prepare Pricing Proposal for key accounts together with the Senior Group Account Manager.
- Review pricing strategies with the Assistant Sales Director and Senior Director on the pricing approach for key accounts.
- Updating Sales Forecast on a yearly, quarterly, monthly basis.
- Attend assigned trainings to consistently keep abreast of our product and service offerings
