ATR is a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo that manufactures turboprops. We are looking for a Material Account Manager to join our Services directorate in Singapore and serve as a strategic liaison between ATR’s Global Supply Chain and regional operators.
Responsibilities- Voice of Customer (VoC): conduct structured customer reviews and site visits to identify material pain points, expectations, and operational requirements.
- Backlog Management: maintain real‑time oversight of customer priorities and urgent requirements to ensure supply‑chain alignment.
- Performance Benchmarking: analyze material support KPIs, present performance data to operators, and establish collaborative action plans.
- Material Forecasting: collaborate with operators on maintenance forecasting (C‑Checks, major components) and line‑maintenance stock strategies to ensure proactive parts provisioning.
