Job Description
The Strategic Cash Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to cash handling procedures and operational standards. This role ensures that employees are properly equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform cash-related tasks accurately, securely, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5–8 years of experience in cash handling and training procedures
- Preferably with experience in Cash Management Services, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), ATM Managed Services (AMS), banking operations, or other financial services environments
- Strong knowledge of cash handling processes, including counting, reconciliation, and control procedures
- Experience in conducting training sessions, both classroom and on-the-job
