Senior Product Specialist – Customer Success We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist – Customer Success who will be directly allocated to various projects active in the South region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with the client’s teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high engagement, and continued success with the Digii platform. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a blend of relationship management, technical acumen, and a strong focus on customer outcomes. You’ll represent Digii while being embedded with the client, helping them extract maximum value from our platform and acting as a bridge between their goals and our product capabilities.
