What This Person MUST Be
Hands-on senior engineer (actively coding in production) Cloud Professional Services–level engineer (customer-facing) Strong in GCP cloud foundations (IAM, VPC, compute, storage) Built production GenAI / RAG / agent systems Comfortable deploying into enterprise environments Willing to travel up to 50% Strong Python backend experience (APIs, async, integrations) Able to debug live systems independently Experience migrating legacy systems (DialogFlow / CCAI is a plus) Resilient under customer pressure
