IBM is seeking a Credit and Collection Analyst in Quezon City. In this role, you will handle OTC transactional tasks and maintain client relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in Account Receivable processes. Skills in SAP and Oracle are advantageous, and you'll be expected to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is onsite with no travel requirements and follows a night shift schedule.
