Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours in the Worksop area as they look to recruit a Strategic Credit Controller into the team on a full time, permanent basis
Duties and Responsibilities:
Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt o Handling of all tier 2 interactions received into Credit Control ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level Look for process improvement opportunity for service delivery Work to daily outbound phone targets set by team leader Work to individual and Business Unit Overdue Debt reduction targets and Cash Collection Work on customer disputes to help minimise outstanding debt and escalate to the appropriate people Creating and categorising outbound service requests Assisting with on-going training for all staff in the Credit Control t...
