WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The role of the Strategic Execution Partner Sr. is to provide support for continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts within the Commercial Business & Product Group division (CBPG). Strategic Execution Partners work closely with CBPG colleagues to lead scoping, planning and execution of organizational initiatives resulting from key business activities and inclusive of organizational communications and training.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Acts as strategic advisor/consultant responsible for developing strong internal partnerships with colleagues to assess business needs and provides ongoing guidance and execution support.
* Leads stakeholder engagements to define project scope and gain leadership support of identified project milestones and deliverables.
