ACG_3639_JOB Our client is a leading e-commerce enabler in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Responsibilities 1. Investor Relations & Capital Markets Own and manage OnPoint's investor relations activities building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, private equity partners, and financial institutions. Develop investor-facing materials: equity story, company presentations, financial narratives, and board/management reporting packages. Support CFO in all capital markets activities, including equity and debt fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management. Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, Big 4) on capital markets workstreams acting as the internal point of contact who drives deliverables and manages timelines.
