Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established, capital-intensive group operating across multiple construction and infrastructure verticals in the UAE and backed by one of the region's most recognised institutional investors.
As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Head of Finance, a senior leader who brings both strategic vision and the operational depth to run a complex, multi-entity, project-driven finance function. This is a seat at the leadership table, and it's not a steady-state role.
What You’ll Own
- Strategic Financial Leadership – Set the financial direction for the group, including long‑range planning, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and act as a true strategic partner to the CEO and Board on capital allocation and growth decisions.
