Strategic Fundraising & Partnerships Lead

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer / Board

The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Engagement & Partnership will lead and drive VIVA Foundation’s fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership development efforts to support the Foundation’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Operating in a lean environment, this role requires a highly self‑motivated, hands‑on and strategic individual who can independently develop fundraising opportunities, build meaningful stakeholder relationships, and execute fundraising initiatives end‑to‑end.

The role will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships across multiple donor segments, including foundations, corporates, family offices, institutions, and individual donors. A key focus will be strengthening VIVA Foundation’s fundraising capabilities, donor stewardship, partnership ecosystem, and external engagement profile in Singapore and the region.
