The HR Services Director translates the strategies andoverall direction of the Chief People Officer into projects or activities forHRS in collaboration with the Learning and Organizational Development function.He/She overseesthe day-to-day Human Resource operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and ‘partnership approach’ to internal clients.
