Job Scope of a Strategic Partnership Manager
(Business Development Department – Cleaning & Facilities Services)
1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with property management firms, facility owners, commercial clients, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure continued business collaboration.
- Maintain a strong client network and act as the main liaison for partnership-related matters.
- Develop strategies to expand Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd's cleaning and facility management portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, bids, and tender submissions for new contracts.
