- Secure high‑impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private‑sector negotiation skills
- Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations
- Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks
- Develop partnerships with businesses, Canadian transit agencies (e.g., Metrolinx, OC Transpo, Calgary Transit), and property owners to enhance station access and amenities
