The Opportunity
The Strategy and Future Department is seeking a Strategic Planning & Performance Management Manager who will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Planning and Performance Management related activities, including the development of strategic plans, oversight of performance metrics, and execution of scenario planning initiatives, to ensure institutional alignment, proactive decision-making, and long-term strategic impact in line with the University’s institutional priorities, objectives, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
The Responsibilities Operational- Develop and implement institutional strategic plans in line with national priorities and the University’s objectives.
- Develop and regularly update strategic financial models with different scenarios in line with the strategic plan.
