We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to own Paraform’s most complex and highest-impact customer engagements—and to sit at the center of how the marketplace scales.
Paraform’s customer base is growing rapidly (hundreds of new customers a month!), and Strategic Project Leads ( SPLs ) are Paraform’s essential operators—connecting the work of sales, supply, engineering, and operations to deliver customer results and drive revenue. As an SPL, you’ll partner closely with founders, executives, and senior talent leaders to solve their most critical business problem: building world‑class teams, fast.
