Link-Worldwide is looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing recruitment team in Mexico. You will build distinct hiring strategies to support Non-Tech hiring across multiple organizations, drive sourcing capabilities, and manage recruiting performance metrics.
The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. This position plays a key role in shaping Talent Acquisition strategies.
