Responsibilities – Sourcing Executive
- Identify, source, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Conduct supplier assessments and maintain supplier databases.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand sourcing requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services.
- Resolve supplier‑related issues, including quality and delivery concerns.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records, documentation, and reports.
- Support cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
