Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring successful placements. The role involves close collaboration with business units and Human Capital to align recruitment efforts with operational needs, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various functions.
Experience and Qualification
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 Years’ experience within a recruitment function with exposure to sourcing for a wide array of positions including specialist and scarce skill roles.
- 2 Years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing for scarce skills roles in the ICT industry or recruitment agency
- A broad network of relevant recruitment resources including agencies, head-hunters etc...
