Responsibilities
- Develops and institutionalizes the strategy development process at the company
- Supports the development of strategic plan based on the overall guidelines, mission and vision, and objectives of BoD; takes inputs from all the division heads on the same.
- Facilitates translation of strategy into functional plans that will ensure a successful, coordinated, and focused implementation of strategic plans.
- Monitors the achievement of strategic plans of the various divisions regularly and recommending/ facilitating remedial action where necessary.
- Supports the CEO and executive team with strategic insights and analysis that enable robust decision making.
- Identifies and leads key organizational development initiatives and monitor their progress and effect on business excellence.
